AN ACT REPEALING CERTAIN GUN CONTROL LEGISLATION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That sections 1 to 58, inclusive, of public act 13-3, as amended by public act 13-220, regulating the purchase, possession and transfer of firearms and ammunition, be repealed.

Statement of Purpose:

To repeal gun control legislation enacted in 2013.
