<p>Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:</p>
 
 
<p>1. That the second enactment of Chapter 
 390 and the second enactment of Chapter 1130 of the 
 Acts of Assembly of 2020 are amended and reenacted as follows:</p>
 
 
<p><b>2. That the provisions of this act shall become effective 
 on January 1,<s class=str> 2021</s><i class=new> 2022</i>.</b></p>
 
 
<p>2. That an emergency exists and 
 this act is in force from its passage.</p>
